Gainbridge Life is currently licensed and authorized to do business in 49 states (all states except New York), and the District of Columbia. The Gainbridge Save Traditional multi-year guaranteed annuity product with form number ICC23-D-NTDMYGA-BASE, or variations of such, is issued by Gainbridge Life Insurance Company; (NAIC#15691) (“Gainbridge Life”), a Delaware-domiciled insurance company with its principal office in Zionsville, Indiana. Gainbridge Life is currently licensed and authorized to do business in 49 states (all states except New York), and the District of Columbia. Annuities contain limitations, early termination charges and adjustments. The Gainbridge Save Traditional annuity is not a tax-deferred annuity, rather it is taxed annually.
